Barbecue Char as a meal is as good as it gets. Even with the fries, I can still go back to work after one of those.

“I came in for The Big Meal Deal the other night. I was seated in no time at all with a great view of the big screen TV. Minutes later a young lady named Maddy came over and introduced herself and asked if I would like to order a beverage. I ordered my beverage and my meal at the same time . Maddy then inquired if I would be interested in an appetizer. I do like buffalo wings so I ordered them as a starter. My beverage was delivered to my table very quickly by Maddy. She returned with the buffalo wings at almost an unbelievable short wait, I was offered ranch and bleu cheese for dipping and wet naps and napkins for my hands. To my surprise my bacon cheese burger came out exactly as ordered medium rare. (Nice Tender And Juicy) I expect to return to the Middletown Applebee`s in the very near future. I will be asking to be seated in Maddy`s section and I suggest you do the same. Maddy is very professional and treats you with a fun, friendly, attentive and respectful personality !!!“

“Was there after the lunch crowd today 2/1/22. The place was spotless, the restroom was also. Excellent choice of burgers and sandwiches. My wife and I both had burgers and we both agreed they were the best we have had in at least 20 yrs. Grade A meat and the french fries were freshly cut and fried. Can't wait to get back. If you are a movie buff like me you will love the decor. The service was great also.“

“A fun brewery/rooftop bar in Belmar. Even though it’s a “brewery,” they have a full bar and a great cocktail menu. The rooftop is big and spacious, and has different seating options to choose from. This is a great place to hang out at on a nice day because of the lovely rooftop. There is also a large indoor area on the second floor, and a full food menu. Prices are very reasonable for what it is. Highly recommend!“

“Found my new favorite beach spot! The Victorian Grill in Ocean Grove is this super cute, small corner restaurant with a chill seaside vibe. Loved the outdoor seating—it's way quieter than other beach areas.
Okay, but let's talk about the food. The Bacon Burger, medium, was literally one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. As a total burger fanatic, this is easily in my top 5. The patty was huge, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The seasoning was incredible and stayed with me every single bite. I was so full, but honestly debated getting another one. The fries portion was a bit small, but they were so well-seasoned I didn't even care. If you're in the area, you HAVE to stop here. So worth it!“

“The Proving Ground is a solid choice for eating on the coast of the Jersey shore. The back patio is nice, the seafood fresh and the service was on point. The food, while being ok, just didn't wow me and we ordered lobster rolls, French burger, a shrimp wrap and crab cake sandwich. All ok and edible, just the side of fries were basic and no substitutions were allowed. We skipped alcohol drinks and dessert, but the calamari and the mussels apps were tender and again, super fresh and tasty (albeit a bit tiny compared to other places I've been to). Overall, a nice experience and I'd love to go back for some bar food and a drink on a great day or even try their brunch, but maybe another time.“

“Stop in there the other day and I was greeted respectfully by the staff. They were friendly to there customers and there service was quick and my coffee ☕ hot and fresh as for that being said I will go get coffee from them again. Nice little place to stop and get your morning coffee the place is clean. And the staff was good.“
