My wife and I have been coming since we were kids and have always loved it. Sadly, things have changed. First of all, pricing has gotten ridiculous, while the sandwich sizes (for grande!) have shrunk to an insulting degree. I can't even imagine how tiny the small is at this point... The quality of the food has steadily declined as well. Steak is now dry, chewy, and just overall a far, far cry from what it used to be. Not worth it anymore!
Been going there for years! Was there recently very disappointed the quality of steak was very very poor not the same less meat less fries. And too overpriced. And for a large size was very very small. Very disappointed won’t ever go back.
You know it’s going to be good when the restaurant is packed, and there’s only one sandwich on the menu. Dos Amigos serves traditional Cuban steak sandwiches and homemade shakes, and they never disappoint.
