This location deserves all the stars for the way they handle the morning rush. Even when I think they missed part of my order, it turns out it was ready, I just didn't look hard enough. Staff is friendly and will answer any questions even if they're busy, busy, busy. No indoor seating, grab your order and go. Great for a quick breakfast or your midday coffee break.

It seems that my friend has had a prior issue with the owner, and because I was accompanying him, I also ended up being treated poorly. While I was ordering breakfast on my way to work, there was no one else in the place, and the order screen was visible. They prepared my food but hid it behind the counter while several customers who arrived after me received their orders. During this time, the owner personally began handing guests their orders while I waited patiently. When we inquired about my meal, we found it sitting there, getting cold. Since we were the only customers, it's puzzling why they would conceal my food instead of placing it on the to-go order shelf.

I place my order for a Sausage egg and cheese, cinnamon bagel, Large Latte, Apple Fritter and an Apple Crumb. The errors started immediately. First wrong size drink. Second they don’t know what apple fritter is and gave me a cinnamon role. When I brought it up the cashier said it was an apple fritter. I knew it wasn’t but I was in a rush. Third. No Cinnamon Bagel. Plain Bagel, very tough. Maybe they need more staff members to keep them from rushing so much as it was only two people. So yeah, if I wasn’t so busy I’d have gone back but it is what it is. Be careful with your order here.

This place is full of incompetent employees. Oh the manager is just as incompetent. Constantly give mess your orders up, throws your food at you. Zero remorse or compensation when I had to leave work to because my entire order was incorrect.
