The owner is from Sicily, he uses his mom's recipe for the meal I had today. I can't pronounce it, but it was a bowl of pasta with Parmesan, tomatoes, peas, beef and bread on the side.
I finished the meal and got the recommended espresso. This exceeded my expectations and I have never tasted anything as rich and authentic.
I highly recommend this place for takeout, or a quick bite and espresso. Incredible.
This coffee nook was quite nice, espresso was robust and brown sugar was great quality. Mauricio is a great host and loves what he does. Great conversations over coffee are so refreshing, and I wasn’t going to eat eat first. Then I seen him preparing sandwiches for people and I had to try. Olive oil was a great binder for the mozzarella and cuts. I saw a fresh leg of jamón ibérico too as I was there lol. This nook is like a magician’s hat. Coffe and food was so good I forgot...
