Excellent cup of coffee! The prices are great too. The daily drip coffee was delicious each time. When ordering for my group, the orders were vague to begin with, I asked for suggestions based on what my group likes and they gave fantastic recommendations. Like others have stated, probably one of the best cups of coffee I have had.

Save your time and money. I walked in excited to pick out espresso beans for my new coffee machine, but instead had one of the worst customer service experiences. Both the male and female employees stared at us without greeting or offering help until we initiated the conversation. When we explained we were there to buy espresso beans, the employee simply grabbed a bag and stood there without any explanation or guidance.
Every question I asked was met with attitude, and it was clear there was no interest in helping us choose the right coffee. For a business that specializes in coffee, I expected at least basic customer service and product knowledge. I recommend taking your business elsewhere, to a place that actually values its customers and wants to help you find the right coffee for your needs.
