I absolutely love this place. I'm always craving the large cup of?but I usually buy the medium. However, I bought a large cup the last time I came. The?is absolutely delicious and the service is also great. I always come in with a friend as it makes the experience more fun. I hope to come back soon.

Bad service plus the quality and quantity was terrible. Ice-cream was melted and barely filled my cup. Never going back for the price I paid. Rather go across the street to surreal creamery now that's 5 stars!

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and my ice cream arrived with a strand of hair in it. I contacted the store and first off the “Supervisor” when answering the phone he sounded like he wasn’t going to be any help from the start. I let him know I received ice cream with a strand of hair in it and he asked do you want another ice cream or a refund? Lol…They lack Customer service and I will never be ordering from this establishment again. Anyone on they right mind if you see hair, a bug, or any foreign object in your food you instantly get nauseous and lose your appetite. Never got the “Supervisor’s” name and he tried to make me out of a liar by saying there’s no women working so he didn’t know where the hair came from. Pictures below. Btw I waited a while for my ice cream to be delivered so it was already melting.

Used to come here and feel like the ice cream was bigger than my head. Even with their “like it” size. Now I see they’re skimping. When I tell you the ice cream used to literally be sitting on top of the cup. Ordered a “love it” and got one hearty scoop. Don’t know if it’s due to inflation or what. The ratio of toppings to ice cream was absolutely disgusting every single bite was a mouthful of chocolate chip. Didn’t even fill the cup all the way up. My ice cream was not mixed nearly well enough and a soggy “not so ice” cream. The other reviews are proving that there has definitely been a dive in quality.
I've been going to Coldstone for years, this place is horrible. Before I even left the shop, my ice cream turned to soup. Bad service. Never going back here again.

Made an online order and specifically wrote call when they arrived with the cake due to the fact some of us cooking inside and others we outside setting up (the cake was for a birthday). Anyways, our guest found the cake melted in the front of the house.

Horrible service ! To start , just as people mentioned in previous reviews the icecream quality is horrible. It could be because of the heat lately so I'll let that slide .However I asked for no pecans on my icecream but when I went to pay I noticed there were pecans on there despite me asking for none. After receiving my change I said "im sorry to be a pain but there's pecans in here" he proceeded to respond with "What do you want me to do about that?"I wasnt paying attention when it was put together to realize beforehand, either way I was shocked at his response especially since I requested it without pecans. He told me I didn't say that but the person I was with could also attest that I did. Unfortunately this man was to busy with someone on the phone who apparently applied for job and was following in and sounded frustrated. How do I know because he had them on speaker the entire time.He did eventually make my icecream and gave me a subtle "sorry sir" but I couldn't believe that was the first thing that came out his mouth , beyond rude horrible customer service! It sucks because this cold stone is always my go to spot but sadly will probably not return again after this it had really done down hill in recent months!
