Fujiyama Mama Reviews
We love coming to Fujiyama Mama for our sushi Family day! Food is delicious and service is great as well.
The sashimi and sushi are fresh .
One of the nice things about Fujiyama is that you can sit down at a table or you can go and get hibachi. It does tend to get a little loud which could make for an awkward first date.
There's not a bad option on the menu. They do have beer wine and mixed drinks.
There's usually plenty of parking.
My go to is the Teriyaki steak which is always excellent. My girlfriend got some sushi and that is pineapple fried rice.

Fujiyama Mama is a Japanese restaurant that offers a variety of dishes, including fresh sushi and salmon teriyaki. The service is friendly, attentive, and efficient, with a liquor license and a good selection of sake. The interior is clean and nicely decorated, with an attractive sushi bar. The hibachi staff provide entertaining shows and serve large portions, often enough for leftovers or a late-night snack. Located in a strip mall, it provides abundant indoor seating, making it a great choice for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is kid-friendly, and the staff, including the owner, are always friendly and respectful. Customers enjoy the food, especially the Golden Dreams roll with shrimp tempura, avocado, and mango, and the Kamikaze roll with spicy tuna and cooked shrimp. Appetizers like Baby Clam soup with udon noodles and pork dumplings are popular starters. The drinks menu includes Malibu Mai Tais, and although it’s not a BYOB place, the staff ensures good service. Recently, the restaurant proved to be very accommodating, fitting in a last-minute birthday party indoors for a group of energetic children, helping serve a birthday cake and making the day special. Many customers have praised the quality of sushi and seafood, with some claiming it’s the best they have had after trying numerous other places. The rolls are consistently excellent, and service is generally good, although it could be better at times. Overall, Fujiyama Mama continues to be a favorite for sushi and hibachi lovers, with a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality food.
