Drove over 40 minutes to try this restaurant heard a lot and it was worth the hype. One of the best fusion places I’ve ever been to, and I am already planning my second visit, highly recommend their chicken Naandilla , butter chicken fusion bowl and tajin mango lassi amazing service and love the food.
We had a catering order where the folks at masalamex came and did live stations. Absolutely thrilled with their service and it was so easy working with them. The food was excellent and catered to all ages/ flavor profiles of our party and everyone raved about it! The set up & quality were top tier- i will definitely be requesting more!!!
If you go here keep in mind every ingredient has full flavor and Is delicious. That being said, if you mix too many things - it feels like a hodgepodge of flavor and in my opinion doesn't complement to give you the concept desired. There is a balance here, and to achieve it you'll have to practice restraint. I'll come back and take my own advice.
