I ordered online for pick-up a QuesaBirria Burrito and I was very disappointed. It was loaded with white rice and very little of the other ingredients. It almost had no shredded brisket which was the main ingredient that attracted me. This place lowered the standards of Qdoba for me as a long time Qdoba customer, other than the location being great.

The service is terrible now when the kid with the Afro was there service was way better now they have this old guy there that pack the bowl but the food does not taste good they keep running out of stuff and giving you alternatives the line is really dirty and there was no music on some of the lights were also off the I usually go Sunday after church and it’s not the same anymore I stopped in yesterday and service is still terrible I now see why they always have new workers I would want to work there either bring back the kid with the Afro food quality was better then the shrimp now is even smaller I don’t know something need to change

Extra expensive compared to other qdobas. Nice ladies working, but I don't understand how I spent nearly $40 on food when the same order costs less than $25... are they charging for quac like Chipotle? Will not be returning

The teens they let loiter and park their bikes outside are absolutely insufferable—they not only run people over but also hurl verbal abuse at anyone who walks by.

Jose the manager & his staff are a pleasure to deal with and they have been here for years. Do not change the staff again! Keep them, they are taking good care of your business and customers!!

I arrived at 10:40 and the food was not ready. I waited 20 mins just for white rice and shrimp. Unacceptable!!! If you open at 10:30.. the line should be ready at 10:30.. it was 4/5 people on shift so I really don’t know why the food wasn’t ready to be served. Poor management most definitely. The food was great. service was trash especially for a first time.

Service with the new staff is bad, the place & food is not what it used to be. Went recently and the service was a total mess, no professionalism at all, and the portions? They’ve shrunk so much it’s laughable. The new staff is nothing compared to the old crew—those folks knew how to run the place right. They were attentive, quick, and actually cared about what they were doing. Now it’s like they’re just going through the motions. I used to come here for lunch all the time and couldn’t stop coming and bringing my co-workers. But after this? I’m probably done. What a letdown.

We usually always go to this place, I always felt comfortable when the previous staff served me, the food dropped in quality a lot, they serve smaller portions and not in the same way as before.
Today, for example, the lettuce was very bitter and the meat was very tough.
It feels different. I hope it can improve as the days go by. It was always a great place to go.

This place is going down the drain, went in today 3/4/25 & the person over the counter wouldn’t stop talking to his co worker and this other lady who seems to also work here but was sitting outside. Needed to repeat what i wanted multiple times like 4 literally and just no type of service standard here, no professionalism & so inattentive to how the previous staff was. sad but i used to get lunch here often & my review was a 5 star review all over the board. Now its likely im not going back.

This store is run by a manager with no integrity. His worker dropped an unopened bottle of soda on thr floor. The manager the went to place it in a pick up order. I said to his that putting a flat soda in an order wad messed up. He then told me it wouldn't be flat. I told him it absolutely would be. He also noted it wasn't unsanitary either. I said that's not the point - it's just plain old bad customer service to give an unsuspecting customer a flat drink. He then began to tell me about OSHA and food regulations.he also.said store policy wouldn't let him exchange it. I then said you're just missing the point, it's bad customer service. He kept his cool - no yelling, just no integrity. If thats what a 'manager' does in front of customers and other workers, who knows what type of integrity he has unsupervised with food.
Love Qdoba but will never go to this location again. Wouldn't trust the food.

I placed two orders for pickup, one chicken bowl and the other shrimp. Both bowls had 2-3 pieces of protein eaxh . I called to complain and speak to the manager instead of working something out with me he was super rude and hung up on me twice. I got super frustrated and gave up as I did not want to ruin my day. I honestly am more frustrated with the communication and customer service then the food.

Shameless. Chicken is 5 days old. Corn was opened in the fridge for 2 weeks . The Guacamole darker than me.

Glad Jose and some of the old crew are back! Quality, taste and overall service was impacted severely without them.It didn't take very long before the ball got rolling again. Westfield staple! Thanks for always having high standards.
