Starbucks Coffee Company at Westfield is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, with staff who are consistently nice, kind, and professional. Customers appreciate the genuine smiles, warm greetings, and thoughtful recommendations from the team, which make visits pleasant and memorable. The manager and staff often show care for both customers and each other, creating a positive environment that encourages repeat visits. Many customers feel appreciated and welcomed, citing the friendly service as a highlight of their experience.
However, some reviews mention occasional delays, such as waiting about 15 minutes for a small coffee, even when there was no line, and longer waits for orders. There are also comments about noise levels, especially when groups of high schoolers are loud and unruly, which can disturb the peaceful atmosphere. The location is described as cramped, with sound traveling easily through the store, making it less ideal for working quietly.
While most experiences are positive, there is room for improvement in managing wait times and noise levels. Overall, the Westfield Starbucks is recognized for its excellent team, friendly service, and welcoming environment, making it a location that customers look forward to visiting again.
