What more can I say... this is our new spot. My wife and I love the food here and if I am ever wondering what I feel like eating, this is the default selection! Uncle Skippy's Kitchen is a must if you are in town... HIGHLY recommend.

The GOAT flatbread was delicious. This is my 1st time trying this place and the food quality is excellent! Not only is the food great but the owner is an amazing host that clearly loves people and loves what he does! There aren't many businesses around that give off that kind of vibe. Stellar spot. Check it out

My husband was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and we were really craving some comfort food, so we ordered the buffalo wings the and margarita pizza. Truly the best GF wings we’ve had so far and the sauce on the pizza was rich and flavorful. Very happy to have found Uncle Skippy’s Kitchen, would 100% recommend. ❤️

We ordered take- out food for my son's birthday after reading all the positive reviews. We chose two different pizzas and a chicken Caesar salad. The pizzas were tasty and lived up to the gluten free hype. However, I was very disappointed with the chicken Caesar salad. I had expected a fresh, high-quality salad with roasted chicken and house-made Caesar dressing, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The lettuce seemed like it came from a bag and had several slimy pieces. The chicken tasted more like packaged Perdue Short Cuts than anything freshly roasted. As for the dressing, it was just a packet of Ken's Caesar dressing — decent for what it is, but not what I would expect from a restaurant. The salad was so unappetizing that none of us could eat it, and we ended up throwing it away.

I drove over an hour to come to this place and it was so worth it. The best part is the food doesn’t taste gluten free. Having celiacs it’s hard to find a good place that’s safe but this one is 100% it. I went with a friend who isn’t gluten free and even she couldn’t tell the food was gluten free. This is a place I will 100% keep making the drive to get food.

Probably best gluten free bread I’ve ever had on the meatball sub. Chicken is fire!

Delicious gluten free food. My favorite was the flatbread with roasted beets, goat cheese, arugula with hot honey drizzle on a nicely baked flatbread

Really amazing food.
I had the plain pizza with meatballs and a meatball sandwich and it was amazing! You couldn't even tell they were GF. That's how you know this place is excellent. All high quality ingredients, not just marketing to the GF/celiac community. Absolutely excellent! Everything they sell is GF, too so rest assured.

amazing gluten free foods at great prices!! can’t wait to try it again!!
We stopped at Uncle Skippy’s today to pick up some lunch while we were down in Westfield. Great Gluten Free food! My wife and I rapidly made a delicious Chicken parm and a buffalo chicken pizza disappear, and my daughter loved her meatballs! We had a great chat with the owner, and we will definitely make a repeat visit next time we’re in the area.
