What a delicious experience! Felt like I was invited to my friends house and made a meal with the fam for dinner. Great time, great company, fantastic flavs! Chef and staff were class too!
Had a great time at 40 catering dreams during our cooking class. We all got to participate and the enjoy our meal together.Great ingredients, attention to detail and amazing people! Took so many tips and tricks to implement at home !

Phenomenal.... Leaned so many different cooking techniques, processes and variety. Had fun. Many simple aspects like; drying my vegetable leaves before sautéing to prevent over moisture and better seasoned absorption.Returning to the wick stick for cake batter rather than an electronic one.Egg whites foamed faster.And the overall sequence in preparing multiple meals simultaneously.They take their time to coach and give you an excellent hands on experience.
