We took the Sourdough class and though all the information we received was great, one could tell that this was a first time class. I expect that the next time will be more of an even flow. The class did not indicate that the participants would be standing the whole time.

I would definitely try another class here again.

I just want to say chef Wayne is a devoted individual who loves his craft. He’s very engaging, funny, laid back and positive. If you love to cook I highly recommend booking an appointment with him.

Such a fun experience!! I couldn’t have had a better time. From the instruction to the atmosphere, it was so welcoming and entertaining. 3 hours DID NOT feel like 3 hours. PLEASE come here for events! Or just a random date night!
