Delicious food and a great owner - James really does an excellent job! I’ve had the meatballs before and just tried their burger - both were absolutely incredible.

Finally!! Gluten-free food I can really enjoy! I've had the chicken parm sandwich, and it was great. My favorite has to be the Mr. Kennedy Flatbread. Cheese, roasted potatoes, and rosemary. Delish!!

Amazing gluten and nut free restaurant. Uncle Skippy aka James Restivo is the owner and just the kindest owner. Cute vibe to the overall decor and the food is really delicious! I've had their gluten free pizza, wraps and veggie burger. All 5+ stars!Dietary restrictions: gluten and nut free

As a family with a newly diagnosed child with celiac, it was such a relief to find a local spot to replace our pizza Friday's that is safe for our son to eat at. We had the cheese pizza and also a meatball pizza and our kids liked this more than the old "regular pies" we used to order! So glad places like Uncle Skippy's exist around here for families like ours!!!Dietary restrictions: Celiac

Uncle Skippy’s does not disappoint!Tried a few items across the menu, all seemingly locally sourced and the quality was evident. Pumped to have an emerging red sauce menu for meatballs & chicken cutlets locally. This spot is a gem.

Ordered a chicken parm hero tonight and it hit the spot! Such a delicious option for gluten-free cuisine. Didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. Will definitely order again!

Today we were looking for a gluten-free establishment as one of my family members has celiac and when they are with us it is very important that we find food that is gluten free and isn't even cross contaminated. We happened to find Uncle Skippy's on a Gluten Free app and saw that it is a relatively new spot and also happens to be located very close to some relatives in New Jersey. So, we stopped by to try it. The food was quite good. The pizzas were personal sized, with very thin and crisp crust. I got the meatball pizza and other meatballs were delicious. Possibly the best restaurant meatballs I've had; and I'm a meatball snob. You can also order the meatballs separately, as a side order. I recommend that. They also offer small peppers stuffed with Italian sausage. A nice spin on the traditional "sausage and peppers". The ambience was more of a to-go vibe; there were about three stools and a small counter but that was about it for dining in. The service was fantastic. It took a little while for the pizzas to heat up, but that's how pizzas go. All-in-all I would say that if you are looking for gluten free options that taste good, Uncle Skippy's is 100% great. If you're not looking for gluten free, the food is tasty and worth a try anyway.

This was the first time I ordered from USK. I ordered the pizza with potato, mozzarella and rosemary. It was delicious. It may have been the best gluten free pizza crust I’ve had. My husband, who isn’t gluten free, also thought was delicious. I can’t wait to order again and taste some more stuff off the menu!!

We didn't feel like cooking after a long day yesterday so we tried Westfield's fun new restaurant USK. We made soup with USKs bone broth last week and just tried the Chicken Parm with Sunday Sauce. The portions were huge and the meal was amazing. The gluten free pasta was perfectly al dente and the Sunday Sauce ("gravy") has a old world, home cooked flavor that paired perfectly with a Cabernet. Ordering from the app was also quick and easy and parking was a breeze. We aren't strictly gluten free but we are definitely going to explore the rest of the menu because the food is delicious and the entrepreneur (James) is interesting to talk with and quick with a friendly smile.

Finally a place All Gluten Free to satisfy your take-out needs.I rarely could find a place to just stop and get something delicious to eat when very busy, tired or on the run. Now, I have one.The parking is right there on the street and location easy to get to without having to fight the downtown traffic. The food is delicious. We have tried the chili and meatballs and they are amazing.Menu small now but is going to expand and I can’t wait!!!It’s a Must Try even if you aren’t Gluten Free!!!
