This was such a great find! My mum is celiac so to find gluten free places is difficult- let alone one where everything is GF. The food was great - but honestly the owner impressed us as much as the food. We had a good chat whilst the food was being made fresh in front of us and I left with loads of NJ recommendations. The only questionable thing was his taste in soccer clubs - but we can’t have everything 😉 Thank you again!
Love Uncle Skippy’s. Delicious, safe gluten free food. I love his flatbreads but today I was in the mood for chicken so tried his chicken bites. Ordered garlic parmesan chicken bites. They were amazing ! Highly recommend!
