my ten dollars was never added to my card and the manager lied to customer service saying it was added when they confirmed it wasn't added so the employee who never added it enjoyed money on my behalf pretty sad how they treat their regulars and are ok with theft im a single mom with a special needs child i don't have money to just give away as they might think
Noticed at most Dunkin donuts, including this one, that management needs to explain when to use liquid sugar vs granulated. No reason I should order and iced coffee, watch them desperately twirl the cup on the way to the counter, only to eat a mouthful of sugar.
Great service. Friendly people. Clean store . Will be back for my frozen coffee.
