Why to have this poor quality on the paper - glue is on the cone, is not safe for kids that may not notice! I won t give u less than 5starts because is not that you don t work hard for your business but the paper is very bad quality as the glue remains on the food..please take action

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I visited before and loved the ice cream, so I came back with my two daughters. When I politely asked to sample a flavor, I was told no because they were quote very busy. At the time, we were the only customers there. The tone felt rude and unwelcoming, and it changed the whole mood of the visit. The ice cream's genuinely good, but great products deserve great service too. I hope management addresses...
