Annabella Italian Restaurant

Went to park in the plaza parking lot and one of their delivery drivers, before I even got out of my car, herassed me. He said that parking lot is for customers only and he will have my car towed. Okay dude, I guess I won't be a walk in for your restaurant. Need to fire that delivery driver immediately. What makes it even funnier is, while he's herassing me, two people walk up to their car who clearly weren't even doing business with anyone in the plaza center and he didn't say anything to them. Just a sad, racist old man yelling at me for no reason.

I’d give 0 star overall, but I’m realistic + in the food and beverage industry as well.

Order a pie and cheesesteak. Was charged $45 or so. I questioned it then they corrected the order since I didn’t order Buffalo wings. The pizza isn’t bad, but honestly their cheesesteak was mostly bread. I cannot understand why MOST pizzerias don’t make a proper cheesesteak?!?

It’s always cheap on the cheesesteak, the onions/peppers slightly too undercooked and of course they always toast the bread. I mean…WHAT ARE WE DOING?!?

Food is edible however I drive past multiple times a day for work + leisure, and almost every time, I see their delivery drivers speeding down Main Street and all around town. I understand wanting to get food delivered fast but it shouldn’t risk the safety of others. Not to mention it’s not a good look for the business as they have large + bright advertisements on top of the vehicles. Have spoken to friends and family who have noticed the same thing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I placed an order for delivery and the driver left my order on my porch in freezing cold and rain… And they REFUSED TO ACCOMMODATE ME AT ALL!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU VERY BAD BUSINESS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

You can really taste the love in annabella's food.I don't think i've ever had better.Italian food

Today was my first time ordering from this pizzeria, and one of the best penne vodkas I’ve ever had 10/10 recommended, i ordered through the phone and the young girl was very patient and delivery service was fast and quick especially on a busy Friday!

First time ordering from them tonight. Chicken Marsala & Pollo Nona absolutely amazing! The chef knocked it out of the park. The soup, salad with homemade dressing were all excellent. Delivery man super nice. A real winner!

My wife and I wanted to get a quick meal and it was the happened to be on the way to where we were going. The hostess, Sophia, made us feel so welcomed. What an awesome young lady who left us with a great impression and wanting to visit Annabella’s again. We ordered the fried wings, calamari and garlic knots. The wings were amazing. Super crispy and tasty. Thank you. I also like that there is a projector and screen there where we can host events there.

The worst pizza and worst calzone we have ever had. Absolutely no flavor. Very greasy soggy. I don’t know how they call this Italian food. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also, the service was very rude and slow.

This place is one of the best places to eat. The food is phenomenal. The quality is undeniably good and service is reasonably fast even when busy. I don’t know how they do it. They appear to be a family business. I been ordering from here 3yrs now and they still aim to please their customers with quality food. When they made a mistake with my order, Daniel was reasonably accommodating. May God bless them for their service to the surrounding communities.
