It was a takeout order. Owner/chef is super nice. Not to mention the paste is delicious! In a winter night nothing beats a bowl of cheesy meaty paste. Highly recommended place.

I picked up a sandwich last week and when I opened my order after leaving the restaurant, I saw that the sandwich was just mozzarella on bread with balsamic, without the chicken cutlet that I had ordered. I called to ask for a refund, and the manager said that “his new guys keep doing this”, and then said he would give me a refund only if I brought the sandwich back to the store. I was traveling and was not nearby when I realized this issue. When I told him this, he said to get the refund, I would have to bring the defective sandwich back. I just moved to the area and will make sure not to go back to this pizzeria again. I paid over $15 for a roll with cheese on it that I threw out after one bite. Horrible service.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this spot. Traveling with friends and we were looking for dinner. Found Annabellas. It looks really small inside but there is a seating dining area too the right. I got Alfredo pasta (smoothest sauce I've had in a long time) with chicken noodle soup and garlic bread. Delicious. My friend got the Annabellas chicken. He said it was incredible. 200% recommend. Great food at a great price. With great people running the place. All friendly faces.Parking: Parking out front Street or a lot in the back. You can go in the door in the back as well. No need to walk all the way around unless you want to.

Pizza is great especially in this area where the pizza is lackluster. The garlic knots were small and very oily to the point you'd squeeze one and it was dripping with oil. The zeppoles were not zeppoles. They cut pizza dough into teeny tiny squares and covered them in powdered sugar. Maybe they don't know what zeppoles are, idk. Anyway, the wait was ridiculously long and I know they were busy with takeout orders but we felt like we were forgotten about. Takeout orders were flying out the door and we were still waiting for something for our 4 year olds to eat.

This place is great! Their fajita pizza was out of this world. Crunchy crust and pizza with a flavorful top! We also got a Caesar salad with chicken. It was way better than a generic pizzeria salad, we actually really enjoyed the flavorful and seasoned chicken on it. The place is very cute! A lot of seating too.

Frequent customer here. Pizza is fantastic, so far all the dishes we have ordered are great. Salads are giant! Quick delivery too, they are always ahead of schedule. Have not tried them for any breakfast items.

This was always our favorite pizza place. We'd order from them all the time because of how close they are and how good the food used to be. But over the last year we've had so many issues with them. There were several times that we ordered hot wings that were so small or had absolutely no meat on them. We would call the restaurant to let them know we found it unacceptable to pass these off as an order of wings and if we got an employee on the phone they would be very helpful and apologetic and would replace the order. If we got a manager or owner on the phone we were told they can't control what the deliveries look like when they order the wings and they couldn't do anything for us. When I suggested they take wings off their menu if the supplier was not providing quality food I was told to stop ordering wings if I wasn't happy with the way they came. On more than one occasion several weeks ago I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and noticed it was much smaller than in the past and looked very small in the large pizza box. This week my son ordered a large pepperoni pizza and the pizza was again a very small large and I noticed they had switched to a smaller box size in an attempt to make it less obvious they cut their portion size. I actually double checked the order to make sure he hadn't accident selected a medium pie. He definitely ordered a large but it was very clearly the size of a medium. This order was placed through slice and I completed a review on the app. Slice contacted me to ask for more detail and they contacted Annabella's. The slice representative told me that Annabella's saw no issue with our order and would not do anything about it. My daughter was home from college this weekend and wanted to order pizza. I told her of the recent issues we had and suggested a different place. But she chose to order from them anyway. She ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and it came as a personal pie. She called the restaurant to let them know she thought they delivered the wrong pie. She was transferred to three different employees each telling her there was no issue with the order. She asked all three employees if they could confirm that they have changed the sizes of their pizzas. All three employees refused to answer the question only stating the order was correct. I have no issue with the increased cost to eat out or order in. I understand that inflation has forced everyone to raise their prices or make changes to their menus. But to raise the prices while cutting portion sizes and not honestly communicating that to the customer is horrible customer service. While we love the convenience of ordering from them and the food is often very good, the rude management and lack of concern for the customers questions is reason for us to go someplace else. There are several pizza places within a 5 minute drive so we will not be ordering from them again.
