They use a custom blend of gluten free flours for all of their fried foods, so not only is everything that comes from the fryer gluten free, there is never a risk of cross-contamination. Is the food good? Yes. 100%. The food isn’t good “for being gluten-free.” The food is awesome because it just is. One thing to note- no gluten free buns. However, between their tacos, fish and chips, chicken fingers, those with celiac or gluten sensitivities will be full and happy when they leave.“
