Food is phenomenal. Service was great Management is an absolute nightmare. When we arrived, we were told it would be “30 minutes” in a very confusing way which we assumed meant it would be 30 minutes until we will be seated. We were seated about 35 minutes later and our waiter quickly took our order. Shortly after bread and salad arrived which were both wonderful. Another 30 minutes later, no food and we are learning there’s another table near us...
We had an excellent experience at Alfe’s Restaurant! I ordered the Chicken Jackie, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and generously portioned. The service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything from the food to the overall experience was outstanding. We will definitely be back!
Food was delicious. Jennifer our server was horrible. She took our order and then we never saw her. After 40 minutes she brought us a salad and bread. People who came after us received and finish their salad before we ever got our salad. We had to ask another server for our to go boxes and our check. Then there were two tables in our area where the people were extremely loud and obnoxious. A manager or experienced server finally told them to quiet down.
