Capt'n Jack's Island Grill Reviews
This review is for the boardwalk mall location. The food was gross and looked absolutely disgusting. My salmon was served to me raw. When we approached the manager about it she said their kitchen staff was new. we said that was no excuse to serve raw food that would make someone sick and the staff laughed at us .
Amazing bartenders! Hannah and Kaitlyn are outstanding!
My server Alex was amazing, he was very helpful and quick with getting everything we needed!

Capt'n Jack's Island Grill offers a mix of experiences, with varied food quality and pricing. The drinks, which can be pricey due to souvenir cups, might catch some off guard. The atmosphere and location remain enjoyable, with a nice vibe from the staff. However, recent reviews mention that the food quality can be disappointing. While the bacon cheeseburger with Mac and cheese, as well as the Mac and cheese with pork skillet, are still highly recommended, some diners have found the burgers lacking flavor and the fries to be bland and a bit cold. The Texas Burger and Cajun fries continue to be popular choices.
Guests can choose to sit on the bar patio or upstairs, but some have noted that outdoor dining may be affected by birds in the area, which can detract from the experience. The drinks have been criticized for being smaller than expected for the prices charged, especially when compared to other local options. Overall, Capt'n Jack's Island Grill is still a place for food and drinks in Wildwood, with a nice atmosphere, but improvements in food quality and cleanliness could enhance the experience further.
