Crestwood Diner is a classic Jersey diner in Wildwood, almost in the Crest, and it delivers on every level. This is what a diner is all about: a true old-school diner with a classic atmosphere that takes you right back. The food is delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The pancakes are incredible, and the French toast is hands down some of the best. The chocolate chip pancake is a standout, and the omelettes are well prepared and tasty. The bacon and sausage is of high quality, and the fresh squeezed orange juice is really good. The coffee is done right, hot and flavorful. The chipped beef is excellent, with perfect texture and flavor on point, and the home fries are real chunky potatoes, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sloppy joes are fantastic, and the chicken fingers are crispy, juicy, and delicious. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, especially with large groups. The place is clean as a whistle, with enough room to handle the crowds and a nice little parking lot outside. It is open early, making it one of the better breakfast and lunch stops in the area.
