It looks much better in the pictures. Room had a wall unit, very loud but it kept us cool. Door had about one inch gap under the door and only simple push lock as you see on the bathroom doors. No pad lock. Tiny chain on the door didn't add much to security. Room was surprisingly clean despite all the gaps on the door. Hotel and pool area looks much nicer in pictures.
Good place! We were in rooms where there was a kitchenette w/bed area plus a separate bedroom - so that was convenient for us with multiple little kids and a baby needing to nap. The pool was really wonderful (only downside that it doesn’t open till 10 am) and the water was warm/clean. It was a short walk to the beach. It is far enough from the Morey’s pier that you probably need to drive (at least we did with littles) but parking was not hard to find despite it being mid...
We stayed one night for a quick getaway. The hotel rooms are dated but very clean. We didn't use it but the pool area looked very nice with a grilling area and outdoor games. I found the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable but my husband was fine. Close to the beach and walkable to the boardwalk.
