It was a great experience until I was standing outside waiting for my ride while people were still inside and I asked for a cup of water and the guy at the door told me that wawa was down the road. Every other person in the bar was very accommodating due to my boyfriend needing a knee scooter except for this one person.
Definitely a dive bar. There was a few inches of dust on all the fire helmets hanging. My kind of place. Got a chicken parm hoagie too and it was a pretty good snack. Cheap drinks, cheap food, friendly bartenders. And a full size shuffle board table. Make sure to leave your drinks on the bar if you're playing, tho.
Once a year, I visit the Firehouse Tavern. The crew is always so friendly and welcoming. My friends and I feel safe and like we are apart of their Firehouse Family. This is a must visit if you're in the area and looking for good food, drinks and fun.
