My child wouldn’t eat the kids cheeseburger. It was a low quality burger and tasted awful. The regular cheeseburger was good and the crab cake was okay. French fries were delicious though.

No one greeted us or asked us if we wanted to order and we didn’t see a single employee until after I placed my order on the touchscreen several minutes after standing at the front counter. The store was completely empty, one employee came out from the kitchen to make a milkshake and said nothing to us. It was a very strange experience and extremely overpriced for the quality we won’t be returning.

Recently had a turkey, roast beef and ham, hoagies, everyone said they were great! The free milkshake were great too! The service was excellent very friendly people. Will definitely order again. 👍

Do NOT order the turkey burger it is by far the most disgusting thing ever made. It was so bad even my dogs wouldn’t eat it

Went in at 8pm to an empty dining area. Ordered for my family of 5 but only got 2 of the 5 meals fairly quickly, then waited about ten mins to get the other meals except they never brought our two orders of fries or our mozzarella sticks. They finally brought the fries out when we were already done with our sandwiches! They didn’t bring the mozzarella sticks out until like 8:40pm!!

The table behind us didn’t even get their final person’s meal until their entire family was completely finished eating and THEN they come walking out with their order of fries!

Food was okay but definitely not worth ridiculous kitchen errors. Someone needs to retrain them on proper firing times for food back there.

The poor girl working alone in front was so fantastic and so very sweet though! I’m sure she catches a TON of slack because of the kitchen’s shortcomings.

Very nice experience for my party and I after a long day at the zoo and on the beach birding. We had a big appetite that we found an answer for here. My son-in-law and I devoured the big cheese steaks (that came with a free milk shake). In Central PA., where we are from, these cheese steaks would easily rate among the Top 3 best in the midstate. The rolls are fresh and you order through the touchpads so you can customize them as you like. The milk shakes here are better than those at any of the ice cream shops down here. All of the staff here are motivated and very friendly.

SECOND VISIT: Decided to give them a second chance and ordered the same meal as the first visit since the food was so good the first time. This time when placing our order we selected the food in the order we wanted to receive it. This time we ordered one order of fries first, then the sandwiches. This seemed to work this time. Also didn't have to wait as long for the food, everything was out within a half hour. So for this visit I changed the Service rating from 2 to 5 Stars. The food was just as DELICIOUS as the first visit and the cheese steaks were definitely over stuffed. These steaks were HUGE. In fact, like the fries we are thinking about ordering one sandwich and splitting it between us. We will definitely be back for more before the end of summer. GREAT JOB GIRLS and GUYS you upped your game on this visit.

FIRST VISIT: The food was delicious even though one cheese steak was missing the cheese and the other was missing the mayo. When we arrived there was 4 other people ahead of us placing their order. So I do not understand why the food was so slow to come out. The drinks came right away which we almost finished before we got our sandwiches, and I was done eating my sandwich before our fries came out.
I liked to food, sandwiches were packed with meat so you are getting your monies worth there. And the dining area was clean and air conditioned. They just need to work on their timing and pay attention to the details.
