I hope this "review" isn't out of line, but I get nostalgic about what once was the best all nite diner around, some 40 years ago. I used to work in one of the many club bands around at the time, as did many of us, and after work - 3am, 4am - I'd often be there with some band mates and there were usually performers from other bands there as well. It was sort of a wind-down party, we'd get a little louder than we should and would sometimes be reminded there...
I'm happy to have a local buffet. I used to go here when I was a kid and then forgot about it. The food is AMAZING. The service was outstanding. I'm so glad I remembered and went back. Will be going back throughout the summer. If you haven't been you definitely need to check it out.
Pleasantly surprised. Other reviews seemed harsh so I gave it a try. The food is basic but hot and crispy (meats, waffles etc). The scrambled eggs alittle dry but cheese made it better. All in all a great breakfast for the price
