I dined in and had take out.
I just moved to the Grand.
This is a must for anyone who wants
Coffee sandwiches and baked goods .
Also they have fresh fruit daily.
Clean and very friendly.

First off very mediocre coffee and food. Secondly incredibly rude staff- I don’t feel compelled to write a negative review ever but I walked in at 8am for a cup of coffee and was belligerently yelled at by a tall man because I propped to the door open to come in (with my foot?). I asked him why he became enraged and he screamed “you have two hands!” It was so utterly confusing and belittling I asked to speak with the manager and told me that I’m making a big deal of nothing as the employee yelled at me from the back. This was THE MOST bizarre scenario I have ever encountered. While they gave me a free cup of coffee (honestly not what I wanted) I noticed everyone scouring around the angrily tempered employee. Be careful in there- very aggressive staff!

There is no grill so don’t order a breakfast sandwich it’s disgraceful. ? I take my egg and cheese very seriously. This one is very much not good. Coffee is ok. Overall a passable experience. Could be good with little to no effort.

Rude workers, asking questions apparently incites anger. Rude older woman behind the counter. Will sway anyone from going here. What happened to customer service?

Iced latte was not good at all. Espresso was so weak and disgusting— sorry. Bagel was ok, and the garlic and herb cream cheese was ok I guess. Staff is nice and the cafe is clean. The parfaits only come with a little bit of yogurt but it was good. Fruit was available and looked fresh.

Good ice cream but don’t waste your money on the milkshake. I ordered a vanilla & choc shake and I told the server that I don’t want them adding choc syrup in place of choc ice cream. I then watched them make the shake and saw them adding syrup and I asked her why. She answered that they add choc ice cream + syrup. I didn’t argue but I was ticked off. If you add the right amount of choc ice cream, you don’t need syrup. Plus the shake turned out to be too thin……. it was more like choc milk than a shake. I do like their scoops of ice cream but will never order a shake again

Agree with review Nicole - just ordered a tuna sandwich, and what I got was bread with lettuce, tomato and onion. Still haven't figured out if there was any tuna on it. $11 for that, what a joke. First and last time...stick with South Station Market if you want a decent sandwich around here.
