Spending that much time there watching their operation was making my skin crawl. Highly inefficient and chaotic.

They like to charge for items you didn't purchase and blame little 5 year old kids of opening their ice cream. They need to pay more attention on the ice creams they have on the small fridge, making sure they are not damaged or open. Making false accusations and charging for the item it is stealing people's money. After all don't they make enough money??? I paid 65.00 for 6 items. Very expensive and absolutely not worth it. My first time there with my kids and the experience was very shaming and uncomfortable. I will not recommend this place to anyone and to no one. Horrible business and unprofessional. If I could give it 0 star that will be my ratting.

Customer service really needs some revamping. We ordered soft serve ice cream and the staff decided to take another order that came after us involving the time-consuming rolled ice cream before serving us. The ice cream wasn’t as cold as it’s supposed to be melting too quickly and the cone was stale.

would not recommend whatsoever. went with a friend of mines recently, they had to wait over 35 minutes for PLAIN rolled ice cream and got handed the wrong order as well then had to wait longer. The ice cream was mediocre at best and was very messy. the establishment lacked decent air conditioning and the overall place was low quality.
The prices have become ridiculous. $49 for three smoothies and a few waters. No prices on sodas or water. $3.68 for bottled water and 4% for using a CC. More than any CC fee I’ve seen. We also had to wait :20-25 minute to get our smoothies as they only made one at a time. Not a great experience.

This is my go to spot! I love the boba milk teas ?, smoothies, and the black and white milk shake ? are super yummy. The rolled ice cream in a bubble waffle was ???. The prices were great considering it is on the boardwalk. The customer service was friendly and the staff washed their hands and used gloves. I am always impressed when I visit the rollin’ girls ?

I was there in may and ordered a specialty flavor rolled ice cream. After struggling multiple times to get the ice cream rolled and failing to, I was given a cup full of tiny shards of ice cream. There was no offer to fix it, especially when I paid quite a lot for the ice cream.
