Great vegan options! We really loved the vegan nachos - the queso sauce is delicious and there was a great amount of toppings.
The Santa Fe salad was also really good - we didn't care for the "dressing" (I think it was just vegan mayo w a little chipotle) but liked the salad a lot without dressing. Had plenty of avocado and pickled onion to spare which was nice.
The vegan buffalo burrito was the only disappointment - there was no detectable buffalo sauce on it...

Very kind & thoughtful staff - the food is creative and has some additional options than your typical burrito or taco shop. Especially good for vegan & vegetarian options.
