Dined last night for the first time. what a cute place! we had the Sausage & Long Hots. It was delicious!!
Fabulous place, food is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing! Such a quaint place that was crazy busy tonight but still retained the wonderful ambience That we were so glad to find here in local Williamstown.
Octopus appetizer, the famous Gnocchi and the Margarita and Jersey Devil pizza all were so worth our first visit.
We will be back, thank you Ash and Oak!
The best wood fired pie since Bucks. I will be a regular here in the future. 100/10 recommended

Ash & Oak is a great spot in Williamstown. The food is amazing, fresh, and beautifully presented. Pasta dishes and sauce are delicious, and the pizza is delicious, with the pepperoni pizza being a standout—a bit spicy but just right. The ricotta with the fig is so good too. The cookie skillet and homemade gelato are favorites, and the lime ranch that comes with the wings is perfect. The chef changes the menu seasonally and improves upon food already loved. Desserts change seasonally, and they always have a cannoli. The service is top notch, with staff that are attentive, welcoming, professional, and perfectly attentive. The atmosphere is lively, with outdoor seating available. It is BYOB. Special events like The Resolution Ruiner and wine events run very smoothly. The restaurant is kid friendly and accessible, with a menu that suits all ages. The work ethic and discipline of the owner shows in the food. Highly recommend.
