The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they forget 3 things from my order: I ordered 2 quarts of wonton soup but only got 1, 2 orders of crab rangoons but only got 1 and an order of coconut shrimp but didn’t get it! So I called them and they delivered it later, but still forgot to give me white rice for the coconut shrimp so I had to make it! It’s a shame that happened, cause I ordered $100 worth of food and me and my family really enjoyed it! So I still would recommend this place!“

“I hate when people give bad reviews to an authentic restaurant. Most authentic restaurants the owners were not born here and they work tirelessly at their craft. Some of the reviews say they never delivered there food, staff was rude, 1st off they don't deliver and they never have, the owners are hard-working people(husband/wife)daughter works there sometimes and they've always been pleasant to me. I avoided this place for many years and I lived in Williamstown my entire life. NOW...I won't order Chinese food from anywhere else (in this town) I'm addicted to the steamed shrimp dumplings. I asked the owner and she makes everything from scratch, wonton, dumplings, etc...the place is always clean and people, it's 2023 the prices went up Everywhere, is it really valid to leave a bad review about pricing? The gall you must have to complain about service at a Take Out Restaurant, to insult immigrants on a platform where they're probably not going retort and ripping small businesses apart because u weren't happy... We need small businesses! I like the mantra, if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all.“

“This is primarily a takeout place. You can definitely eat in, just know that they have pizza joint style benches with a super relaxed vibe. Their food is always on point, and they deliver, too, if you can't, or don't want to, pick up. Most enjoy the crispy General Tso's chicken or the beef and broccoli, but so many locals turn to the wonton soup for comfort especially when sick. I highly recommend the beef chow ho fun because of the intense flavors from the hot fired wok. Service is excellent. I have noticed some that try to take advantage, but returning customers know that the restaurant always tries its best to keep diners happy. There is definitely a reason why it has won Best Chinese food in Washington Township numerous times.

“I have lived near Rice King for around 2 years now and if we want Chinese food we order from there. The food is always great and never disappoints while it is very affordable. My son’s and I’s favorite thing on the menu is sweet and sour chicken while my husband’s is the egg rolls there. The sweet and sour chicken from Rice King has a massive crunch that never disappoints. “Great food, friendly service, good location in town. They're attentive and have great prices. Only problem is there is no parking, so you have to park nearby or in the street to pick up your food. Lots of space inside, standard Chinese restaurant atmosphere.

“I have moved to this area a few years ago and about a year ago I tried Chan's Garden and finally found my favorite Chinese Restaurant I've been looking for and have been going back every week or two. They do deliver with a 15 dollar minimum and that's sensible but I usually call to place a order that is always ready in 10 minutes. The people who work there that I think are the owners are always so friendly and polite making sure I have everything I need. The boneless spare ribs are the best I ever had and the General Tao's Chicken is out of this world. I also suggest the Chinese pizza and every type of egg rolls and spring rolls are another favorite of mine. I like to try different dishes even dishes I've never tried in my life and I surprised myself how good everything was being a picky eater. A lot of Chinese Restaurants started to use smaller containers which means smaller portions but at Chan's Garden the containers and portions are large and filled to the top with their great food. I'm older and I always forget to take pictures but the next time I go there I'll take some pictures and add them to this review so you can see for yourself.

Parking: It's in a busy strip store and I never had a problem finding a spot close to the restaurant.“

“Ok, so…I almost left a bad review due to communication errors. My order included egg foo young, in which the gravy was sour/spoiled tasting. I called to notify the restaurant, and originally their resolve was to send out a new gravy…which they did. I was very dissatisfied, as I had poured the gravy all over the dish and requested they remake the dish. My mom drove to the restaurant at 8:00p, immediately upon walking in they knew the order. Once she explained how the gravy was poured over the dish the chef, without hesitation, told her to sit while he remakes it. The dish was remade, new gravy, fresh rice, and a free soda were given. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and the customer service has always extended beyond that to customer care. I’ll continue to drive past other Chinese’s food establishments to go to Happy Family.“

“That is some mighty fine lo mein, chicken to be precise. Honestly, straight up hits all the necessary flavor profiles at a good price for a phat quantity in the old school Chinese container. This might really be all you need to know. The egg roll, while actually an egg roll (?), is good but not quite exceptional. That being said, them having house mustard really ups' the ante. “This is still one of my favorite Chinese Spots, they are super kind and after about two times of ordering know you by number and or voice and never miss. Chicken and Garlic sauce with vegetable combo is Delicious and fresh every time. It is rather spicy also in case you do order!! Rice is always fresh and I never have an issue with any of my other family members orders. It is clean As it is always busy and is kept up. The service is always great and very friendly.
