“The food was good just lack on some seasoning. The price was affordable. Its very different from what I am used to. You get a lot of food for the price. Very well worth it. The only thing is, they brought out the food as it was being done. meaning some people on the table was waiting while others were eating. They should bring the food out all together and not 1 by 1.“

“I can't really comment on the atmosphere as this is primarily a take out place, but this is BY FAR the best Chinese takeout for miles in any direction. The food is great, the prices are lower than nearly everyone else's, and they are super friendly and attentive tyo any alterations you might ask for (extra spicy,, etc.) There are closer places to me but I'll never go anywhere else in teh Somerdale/HI-Nella area again. “Delicious, new favorite Chinese spot. Chicken was quality white meat and tender. Smaller pieces of chicken not big and chunky. We got the orange chicken, the sesame chicken and got a free hot and sour soup instead of an egg roll. The best hot and sour soup I ever had. All the veggies were fresh, extremely happy to find a new Chinese spot before almost giving up looking. Amazing family working hard.“

“I love their Big Buns! Being a Filipino, my favorite dimsum is Bola Bola siopao (a bun stuffed with pork, chinese sausage and salted egg) which I found out is not available here locally. But when I discovered Bao Mama, they sell Big Buns which is quite similar to a Bola Bola siopao! I was hooked! Plus the Big Buns ARE HUGE and has a generous amount of filling! I just love them! I am also looking forward to try their other products.“

Full of locals. Bring headphones if you're easily triggered: a dude answered two calls while I was there, and when he wasn't talking on the phone, he was endlessly on the TikTok. When he left, it was blessedly quiet except for noodle slurps.

Quick service. Last I was here, the server was busy. When she had a moment, I left my seat to pay her early. When I got back to my table, my bowl was gone. :( On the bright side, there was very little left, but I was hoping to savor it... :D
