My friends and I came to Philly for a day trip from MD! As soon as we reached the city, we came to Chuan Kee Skewer for lunch :)The service was really good with the workers greeting us with a smile and wishing us a happy lunar new year. These were some of the best skewers I've had and I eat a lot. Both the lamb and beef ones were seasoned perfectly and the surprising part is that it was juicy. Other places tend to overcook it. They cooked it to a nice medium. I feel like they use better quality meat since it was also tender.The pork belly skewers were exceptional. Skewers are so tasty! Such a nice place to pop into for a meal or snack. Service was efficient and food came out piping hot. Would recommend the lotus root - never had it prepared this way and loved it! Will be coming back soon!
