My wife and I live in Tennessee and have eaten a lot of BBQ. While visiting in Oceanview NJ we decided to place an order with Fat Racks BBQ. I will say this. The guys in this place must have some southern blood. This BBQ was excellent two thumbs up ??. Next time we are in NJ. I will be going to Fat Racks.
On my down to Wildwood, drove past on prior trips to the shore, decided to stop and try the ribs. Vry friendly staff, meat choices were ribs, brisket, chicken n pulled pork. We ended up with the ribs platter n beef brisket burnt ends.Ribs were vry good, nice smoked flavor, brisket burnt ends were good as well, just a lil crispy not to burnt at all, enjoyed them as well.
