Bbq was great and the guys who run it were truly wonderful! We tried 'a little bit of everything' and it was all so tasty. Standout was definitely the pulled pork and the homemade strawberry shortcake. Will definitely return!
TL;DR: Fat Racks BBQ serves flavorful barbecue with standout baked beans and a solid brisket for South Jersey. Service was friendly but a bit unprepared, and the presence of flies was a noticeable concern.

Highly Recommend Fat Racks BBQ! We just hired them for a family gathering and the whole process was awesome. I reached out to Gary the owner, who was very helpful because I wasn’t sure the amount of food I should have. We had plenty of food and food was so soooooo Delicious!
