I went there early in the morning and only ordered a frappe and loaded hash browns. Even though the store was not busy, my order still took around 15–20 minutes. Since I was getting late for work, I politely asked the manager how much longer it would take. Instead of helping, he completely ignored my concern and started laughing while saying, “Why did you wake up late?” I did not find that funny at all. I went to the Dunkin at 133 Parkway North on May 24, and the experience was disappointing. There were two girls working at the Dunkin side who were laughing loudly the whole time and not paying attention to customer orders. They were also rude while speaking to customers. It also seemed like they kept prioritizing drive-thru orders over the people waiting in the front. I understand places can get busy, but better customer service and attention to front customers would really improve...read full review
