“I work in the mall and I was there yesterday 10/9. It was an extremely busy day due to a Jewish holiday and there was only one person working in the store. I just wanna show some appreciation to her. I wish I knew her name. She was there by herself the entire time. The day was overwhelming, and she persevered. The drinks that we ordered came out in a reasonable manner given all the circumstances. A huge shout out to her and her service.“

Also, The parking lot seems to be a little bit bigger than it originally was which is great considering that was the number one issue at this Dunkin Donuts location for years! “A Truly Wonderful Experience

I stopped by this Dunkin’ on Sunday, August 16, 2026, almost at closing time. There were only two employees there, and I could tell they were already getting everything ready to close. Even so, both of them treated me with such kindness and professionalism.

The young woman working at the register was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me with a big smile, was incredibly attentive, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, even though I knew it was almost closing time. She was genuinely friendly and made me feel very welcome.

I also want to recognize her coworker. He was already cleaning the toaster machine when I asked if he could toast my bread. He simply smiled and said, “Of course, that’s what I’m here for.” That small gesture really meant a lot to me.

I had a very long day and honestly just wanted a good coffee and some toasted bread before heading home. The fact that these two employees were so kind, patient, and welcoming at the end of their shift made my night so much better.

Thank you to both of them for going above and beyond, especially when they were already preparing to close. Employees like these are what make customers want to come back. They deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Excellent service and a genuinely positive experience!“

“I rather Starbucks but boyfriend loves Dunkin i get him coffee here in the mornings staff is nice in the mornings compared to Starbucks overall can’t complain never messed up an order I’m shocked with all the bad reviews I see. It’s a fast food place get over it and cook food from home.“
