The line was long (as expected at a service station) but service was super quick!
Mobile ordered, and after 20 minutes waiting had to get into very long line to inform them they had somehow lost my food and drink mobile order. All told, didn't get what I ordered until after a half-hour after I ordered it. Made us terribly late to Washington, DC destination.
So I came to this location to get a small coffee no one was on line so I stand by the register, waiting for someone to become available to take my order. I saw one girl standing in there not doing anything so I just stand there and started waiting then a Caucasian couple comes behind me. Kaitlyn immediately walks to the register and takes my order when I was standing here five minutes and she was just looking at me.
