Don't buy the food here. They have average over priced meals you can make at home. Nachos were burnt, no meat (paid extra for meat) small amount of veggies (tomatoes, peppers and onions) very little cheese. My spouse had 2 cod tacos for $19 and there was more veggies then actual cod fish with no sides. For a place that just opened very poor quality of food. I would given this place a rating of -1 if I could.

Great time unwinding after a day in trinity and bonavista. Was a bit confused when they said they didn’t do any brewing at all even though the place is called Bonavista Brewing. Can still get NL local beers such as Port Rexton and Dildo. We had the nachos, they were pretty decent, was very clear that our plate was the end of the tortilla chip bag though. As 30% of the chips were crumbled dust for chips.
My partners beer was great, my margarita was on the stronger side (not that that’s an issue).

Delicious and great prices for what you get

Clean, big portion of poutine, it's a very nice place. The only reason I'm not giving all 5s is because I'm judging it as a critic looking at things compared to other places and looking at things through a microscope and looking at things like the best of the best.

Quite the operation with less than one year of operation.

Friendly staff, varied menu and a creative selection of Newfoundland craft beers.

Note: can have great sunsets and the patio and beer garden are great on sunny days.

Loved this place when I first went six years ago but now it needs sprucing up. The picnic tables are great but weather pending, of course. Beer is better than most microbreweries. Food is courtesy of s food truck with primarily grilled cheese and poutine but fries are not great, sandwich is pretty good nothing fancy even though the menu will let your brain wander to delectable heights, it might disappoint you. Good for Port Rexton to have a hang out.

The young gentleman who served us today was 5 stars plus. Just awesome. The service. The food. The beer. The atmosphere, the MUSIC is on point! Just wicked guys , we are visiting from Nova Scotia and will definitely be back in the area! 🤩

Little pricey but the food was excellent and we were all satisfied. The pizzas were excellent, and could not eat it all, so we had leftovers 😊.
Service was very good, very friendly staff. Clean washrooms speaks well of the staff

Hands down the best burger and fries I have ever had! If you are in Bonavista, make sure you head there. You won’t be disappointed.
