The quality and freshness of the food at this location has certainly gone down hill compared to other nearby locations.
I don’t know if corporate KFC reads these reviews and if not they should.
I just got reminded why I don't venture into kfc in conception Bay South. The food was bland (had the crunch burger, lettuce was rubberyand barely any sauce), wait time is way to long (three drive-through orders before my instore order was taken), the portion size way to small for the cost and was cold when I arrived home with it. (5 min drive)
Also I noticed the worker preparing the meal without the proper ppe.....no gloves. All in all.....bad experience, restaurant is gone...read full review

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had at any fast food place the worker who served me was extremely rude and that’s not even to mention that when I got my order literally anything and everything that could be wrong with my order was. It was like they heard my order and did the exact opposite of what I said. I would not recommend going here as it has terrible service.
