Ida's Place is a piece of heaven!
Picture sitting on the deck of a 180 yr old home, eating the best piece of homemade cheesecake and cinnamon roll ever, as the waves crash on the shore and the sun is beaming on a warm summers day. The peacefulness is tranquil.
The owners and staff are truly a breathe of fresh air. Just the kindest souls. You cannot miss out on visiting. There aren't enough stars to rate this place. ♡

We were here for a “quick stop” in July and spent 3 hours! We were so blown away by the service pastries and delicious food and plan to visit again when in Newfoundland.
Idas place is truly a best kept secret and a must do for any traveller if you want an authentic and delicious island experience.
The menu offers something for everyone. My kids enjoyed a homemade lemonade and pastry and even the non tea drinkers had great options.

Had the pleasure of going here last week whilst on holiday with family in Newfoundland. What a gem!! Delicious homemade cheesecake - the best I have ever had!! The other cakes and treats looked divine. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pricing was very reasonable. The place itself is quaint and quirky, unlike any place I have been.
