Love the new Summer Salad!!!
I recommend it, along with the Fish cakes cooked with pork scrunchions. No other fish cakes like it on the Newfoundland Island.
Te BEST that I have ever had.
I have had almost every time on the menu over the years , I have never been disappointed.
Love this restaurant, and all of the staff.
This is my fav place to eat on the whole island. Bring cash and order some chowder and calamari and thank me later! the coleslaw is also delicious. When we visit twillingate, we eat here at least once per day. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!
Terrible terrible service, came here with my family of 6. Waited about 30-45 minutes for a table only for other tables to go ahead (these tables had made comments that they would get ahead as they knew the workers and are from the town). The servers were rude and confrontational. I work in the restaurant industry and can’t imagine giving this service. Also extremely over priced for the quality of food. Expected a homemade fresh burger but got Costco patty’s…

Fresh seafood at reasonable prices is a highlight, with the lobster being particularly fresh and flavorful. The restaurant features a unique offering, including a gluten-free menu and well-priced wine pours that complement the Newfoundland cuisine. While the limited seating and cash-only policy may require some planning, the restaurant's popularity among visitors is a testament to its excellent seafood and service in a relaxed setting.
