“I've been to subways all over Canada, and I have never found one that has staff like the Labrador city location. They remember you, they remember your orders, they actually talk to you while making your order.
When it comes to fast food you usually don't get hospitality; but this particular location is overflowing with it.
The restaurant is usually pretty clean, too. Sometimes there is some crumbs on the tables; but it's nowhere near as dirty as a lot of the other subways I've seen.
If the owner sees this review give your staff a pat on the back, and cherish them. You are VERY VERY fortunate, I cannot express enough how amazing your staff are. After going to subways all around Canada, and fast food joints in general I've never seen a fast food place with staff that care so much about their customers, and the establishment itself. You've probably got the pinnacle of fast food staff.
They also make orders very consistently, are able to follow order instructions to a T, and they work well under pressure. When there in a huge line they make very quick work of it, without cutting corners, and negatively effecting the quality of the product being served.
We come here pretty often for good reason, and will continue to do so.“
