I was in the drive thru yesterday and saw a team member walking an older customer to their vehicle, carrying their food and locked arm-in-arm to help the customer cross the parking lot safely. I hope this team member is celebrated for being an awesome human and for bringing that care and kindness to work with them.
i asked for fries over 3 times.. and this woman made me pay $2 dollars for a Poutine i didn't even ask for not good Service
Bought a Big Mac meal and patties were half the size of the bun. Looked like a kids burger but double the price. McDonald’s should change the size of the bun to truly show the size of the shrinking beef patties.
