just went to tim hortons in paradise nl n it has to be by far the worst coffee I've ever add it's almost tastes sour...coffee grinds covered the bottom of my cup n wayyyyy over priced..sticking with mcds or a&w from now now...paradise tims I'm surprised ur still open....just simply nasty yuck🤮🤮🤮🤮
service has always been great. But for the past week, the points scanner in the drive thru has not been working. I have told the staff at window and contacted Customer service a few tims and still not fixed. can not redeem offers. really need to get it fixed. I am a regular at this location.

I frequent this location all the time because cause it's close to me. This past Saturday I had a terrible experience, with absolutely horrible and dishonest customer service.
I was accidentally given a second coffee in the drive thru that didn't order, which was no big deal. I pointed it out to the woman serving me. She said I had ordered 2 coffees. When I said that I did not, she told me to just keep it because she didn't charge me for it and she had made a second one...read full review
