Placed an order which included fries. Didn't get the fries delivered. Very disappointed considering the fries were over $5

Wendy's offers great food, according to reviews. Many customers enjoy the food, including the Baconator, which received praise for its taste. However, service can be inconsistent, particularly at the drive-thru, where some customers report long waits before being acknowledged. There are also occasional issues with incorrect orders. The restaurant is connected to a Tim Hortons, which may be a benefit for some. While the food is liked by many, there are complaints about loitering teenagers in the lobby and concerns about accessible parking. Overall, Wendy's food remains popular despite some service challenges.
