“Scott and his crew at Coffee Matters are second to none! I recently ordered their box lunch for a work event with 70+ people. We have many folks with dietary restrictions, and not only was everyone accommodated, everything as absolutely delicious. There are options galore, and for catered lunches, it’s definitely the best bang for your buck in town. They also deliver to you, making everything a breeze. I couldn’t recommend their services enough!“

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of different foods suitable for all dietary restrictions and dairy substitutes available for those who need/want them.

Parking: There are free parking lots, but they are conditional on using the associated businesses nearby.

Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly, lots of seats available too.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yep, it’s wheelchair accessible —no problems there.
The bathroom is also accessible.“

“I have been coming to this restaurant for at least 25 years and have seen many changes, I have to say for the amount of business that flows through this place the staff are amazing! Always friendly and patient, everything is not always going to go as ordered but the outcome at least for me is always the same, as long as you are patient your experience will be a positive one. “I like the people here. BUT, the management should know you put your best employee on front counter and not a newer employee. The drive thru is a team service. They work together..see things…steady… but in front you have so many different orders and Skip and Door Dash and app orders. I consistently see slower service in the front counter. I don’t know why you would do this because the counter customers are more like to walk out than those in drive thru. I am in here for 30 minutes I see the lines and reluctance of the customers. It is the bottom line..you would make more money with your best employee here“

“Wonderful spot to just chat, get out of the house, study, you name it. The staff is kind, be it in the drive through or in the store, and you feel welcome to stay and sit for a while. Every time I have gone it has been nice and my order has only ever been wrong once and they were quick to fix it.
It can get busy from time to time and there isn't a ton of parking but it has a nice amount of hours to pick from to choose when you make your visit.“

“It's a Starbucks, so you know what you're getting. It's good, not great, and rather expensive for a coffee and a snack, but the staff are always friendly, the place is always clean, and although most people there are Apple fanbois, they don't throw you out for using an Android.“

“I often use their mobile orders service and my order is always spot on. When I come in to pick up my mobile, even if no one is at the counter they will call out “thank you” or “have a nice day” as I’m picking up my order— it’s very nice that even though I’m not being directly served by them, they’re acknowledging that I am still there and I love that about this place. I like the management at this store, and I think that’s why the staff are so pleasant as well.“
