“ordered a pizza on Feb. 18, 2022 for pickup at 5 30 pm. when I arrived it was extremely busy! the staff were stellar! they apologized for the delays. some people were annoyed. I thought the staff did their best under the circumstances. my heart went out to the young lady who was working the cash. you were doing a great job my dear! our pizza was great!! many thanks to the delivery driver who help me get out of my parking space!“

“Nice and cozy ambiance. Ideal for friends gathering for lunch/dinner or to sit and work on your laptop and have some coffee. I had the Mexican Crunch Chicken Sandwich -pretty tasty. Not many options of juices or cold/refreshing beverages though.“

“Oh my goodness: the chocolate orange ice cream is FABULOUS! Rich, smooth, intense, and so, so good. Clara, the woman who served us, was friendly and really helpful too. “This place was HOPPING when we went. Food is better than it has any right to be. Super hot and fresh, no complaints in the slightest, noodles and rice boxes were awesome. We had better food here than in some of the more expensive sit-down restaurants across Newfoundland.

Staff here are outstanding, they were working their butts off and crushing it.“

“You will not have a better sandwich in Newfoundland at a restaurant. Great pretzel bread, oh and try the chicken sandwich in that bread. ?
It has delicious the hybrid of croissants and donuts (cronuts) try that if you can eat sure, it’s heavy, so I share one with who ever is next to me! ?

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option but not the best, actually the bread is so bad as a gluten free option, hopefully they find a better recipe, we used to order all the time now two of my family members can’t eat gluten, so we don’t order it anymore.

Parking: Free parking all over“

“Such a fun and yummy spot- had a lovely sandwich and cookie for lunch at Rocket’s the other day. Fun atmosphere, nice service and really tasty food. The baked goods looked great! Would be perfect if the chairs/tables were a little more comfy!“

“I do not eat out often. Seldom, I take my children to this particular restaurant and haven’t gotten disappointed once. Of course, the food is amazing, but what I’m looking for is a friendly staff. Their staff has never disappointed. I realize that everyone can have a bad day, however their stay is truly consistently positive, courteous, prompt and attentive and I’m most grateful ☺️“

“Had a great sub here - yes, a sub. They are definitely superior to the other guys. Only downside is you can’t see the other toppings in store and have to ask about them, but they’re glad to help you out. Their service was friendly and quick and the bacon cheeseburger oven-baked sub was just perfect. The store was clean and pretty conveniently located on Torbay Road.

“Best food I’ve ever had. Was initially unfamiliar with the menu. However, thanks to our server, Kaitlyn, we were able to pick out some great dishes. She was both pleasant and knowledgeable about the food. Yum!

“The service was great, especially for a very busy night at the restaurant. The children's food ended up being very spicy. We were told that it could be because it's made in the same fryer as the cactus chips. It was too spicy for both children.“

“The food was amazing as well as the drinks. Our waitress delivered great service and was the sweetest. She even wrote out the recipe for the white sangria that she made for me. It was amazing!! Our son is gluten intolerant and he absolutely loved his meal.“

Service was friendly. Menu had plenty of appealing items and included some great vegan options.
I ordered vegan butter chicken meal which came with rice, naan bread and samosa . It was a little pricey but for the portion of food you get, it's worth
it. The meal was soo tasty and flavor and had a spicy 'kick' which is what I expect for this type of meal.
Recommend and will go again.“
