Lounges in Saint Lunaire Griquet, NL

“We were cold and wet from a rainy, windy September visit to L'anse aux Meadows when we stopped at Skipper Hot's Lounge to eat and warm up. It was the middle of the afternoon, but the parking lot was crowded. Turned out to be a group decorating for a wedding dance the next night. We grabbed a table and were quickly served. To my surprise they had moose on the menu: moose soup, moose burger, and hot moose sandwich. I went with the sandwich, and it was delicious. Washed it down with an Iceberg beer. It was fun watching the lights being put up and the kids trying to play pool while the adults worked. Great little place.“
